Meet Keith Grover, Utah Senator – District 15.

Keith Grover was born in Provo, Utah with his twin brother Kenneth. He grew up on a farm with his 14 brothers and sisters where he learned the value of working hard and working together to get things accomplished.

After a 2 year mission to Asuncion, Paraguay Keith graduated from Brigham Young University in 1993 and began teaching at Meadow Elementary in the Alpine School District.

Julie Glenn agreed to marry Keith that same year and tied the knot in the Manti Temple. Julie decided to follow her father, Dr. Joe Glenn, into the OB/GYN profession, so they moved to Salt Lake City while Julie attended medical school.

Keith and Julie returned to Provo at the end of her medical residency. Keith continued as a junior high school administrator at Orem Junior High and Oak Canyon Junior High in Lindon and has earned Masters in Educational Leadership and received a Doctorate of Education.

Keith and Julie are the parents of 5 wonderful children and are also licensed caregivers with Utah Foster Care.

Political Experience

Keith was first elected to the Utah House of Representatives in 2006.  During his time there he has been a key component in helping UVU attain university status.  For the last 6 years he has be Chair of Higher Education and working hard to elevate the quality of education in the universities of our state.
